This topic came up once last autumn, but I had no time to handle this case and when I tried to find labels at that time I could only find very expensive solutions.
But this summer one of our friends has offerred to stitch these labels to ribbon, but their machine was not suitable for small and detailed stitches. They are specialised labels for designed machine stitches – e.g. for T-shirts.
I almost gave up on finding solution when I met with an advertisement on a magazine’s page. I asked for offers and sample labels. One of them (I found two companies) sent me their sample labels while the other one sent me my labels in two different qualities. There was not a big difference between the price offers but both of them were much cheaper than those ones I found in autumn.

In the end I ordered the labels from the supplier who sent me the Eszterkezimunka labels as samples. I am sure that the other supplier would make the labels in the same good quality – based on the samples they sent me – but I liked to receive my labels as a sample. (This company is the CoolTeam Kft.) After a two week lead-time I have received my own labels in two different qualities. I have already use these ones when I finished my two latest quilts.
You can see these quilts in the news soon. Unti that time you can see a photo of my first stitched Eszterkezimunka label here.
